How does it Work?:

Go online to www.ebay.com or www.ebay.ca and search for an item similar to yours.  Once you have determined what a particular item is selling for, then bring your item in to our drop off location.  You will be required to sign a listing contract and it will be necessary to leave the item with us during the listing period so we can access it to help determine shipping costs, or complete additional pictures.  Normal listing can vary for 1,3, 5,7 or 10 days, with the exception of real estate listings which can be extended from the proceeds of the sale.  Typically, you would normally have the funds from a 10 day listing in approximately 3 weeks.

Tips on how to get the MOST for your item:

• MAKE IT PRESENTABLE..  Clean it up - be careful not to damage it, or use cleaning agents that might mar the finish.

• If it needs minor repair - FIX IT.  While "broken" items will sell on EBay, quite often higher prices are obtained when things are in working order.

• If it cannot be repaired - BE CLEAR ABOUT DEFECTS - buyers will still acquire items that need repair as quite often, they may even be used for parts.

• If listing multiple items, TRY TO LIST SIMILAR ITEMS at the same time while cross promoting the similar items.

• DON'T THROW ANYTHING OUT until you have had a chance to review and compare what similar items are selling for.
