 
 Fees - Sold Items: For items that are listed online, EBay charges a listing fee. Once an items sells, EBay then charges a final value auction fee. Our commission of 30% includes all of the EBay fees. Not all items are sold on commission. Motor vehicles, boats, aircraft and real estate are on a flat fee basis which includes a visit to your location, where we can complete the photography, and document your item.
